The Glamping is located on Lake Bracciano, between Trevignano Romano and Anguillara Sabazia, inside the Two Lakes Natural Park.

The Glamping is open from April 1st to September 30th.

What types of accommodation are available at the Glamping?

  • Pitches for tents, campers, and caravans with electrical connection

  • Modern and comfortable mobile homes

  • Lodge tents, coco sweet, and glamping tents, some with lake view

Are dogs allowed at the Glamping?

Yes, dogs are allowed only in the pitches (tents, campers, caravans), caravans with patio, and Relax Pet mobile homes.

Can dogs access the Glamping beach?

No, dogs are not allowed on the Glamping’s private beach or in the bathing areas of Lake Bracciano.
They can, however, stay in the pitches and walk in the green areas of the Glamping and along the external paths.

When is the Glamping swimming pool open?

The swimming pool is open from June 1st, 2026 to September 1st, 2026.
Daily opening hours are set by the management and displayed at the pool entrance.

Is there a barbecue area at the Glamping?

No, there is no dedicated barbecue area.
Gas or charcoal barbecues are allowed only in your own pitch or accommodation, following safety rules.
Bonfires are strictly prohibited.

Does the Glamping have internal parking?

Yes, guests can use the free internal parking located inside the Glamping.
It is strictly forbidden to park your car outside the designated Glamping parking area.

Are the bathrooms at the Glamping private or shared?

  • Pitches have access to shared restrooms, with hot water included in the rate.

  • Private bathrooms with key are also available, bookable for exclusive use.

  • There is also a children’s bathroom, with facilities designed for the little ones.

Does the Glamping have laundry and ironing facilities?

Yes, the Glamping has a laundry area with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, and an ironing area.

  • Accommodation (mobile homes, tents): check-in 16:00–20:00 | check-out by 10:00

Yes, the Glamping is located directly on Lake Bracciano and offers a private beach for guests.

Does the Glamping have an on-site restaurant?

Yes, within the Glamping there are:

To confirm, a 30% deposit of the total stay is required.
The balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.

Can external guests access the Glamping?

Yes, but only with prior phone reservation, registration at the reception, and payment of the daily fee.
An ID document must be left at the entrance.

Where can waste be disposed of at the Glamping?

Inside the Glamping there are dedicated waste disposal areas and bins for separate collection.
All guests are kindly asked to collaborate in keeping the Glamping clean and sustainable.

What are the check-in and check-out rules for accommodations at the Glamping?

  • Online check-in: to speed up arrival and guarantee your booking, it is required to complete online check-in before arrival. Otherwise, you risk losing your turn and longer waiting times at the reception.

  • Security deposit: upon check-in a €150.00 deposit is required as a guarantee.

At check-out:

  • Accommodations must be left clean and tidy.

  • It is forbidden to leave garbage or waste inside; these must be taken to the designated bins in the Glamping.

  • If the accommodation is not cleaned or waste is left inside, the management may charge an extra cleaning fee.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to furniture, equipment, or structures; related costs will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.

Can you reach Rome from the Glamping?

Yes, Rome is easily reachable by train:

from Anguillara Sabazia or Bracciano station (about 10–15 minutes by car from the Glamping) direct trains run to Rome San Pietro and Rome Ostiense, taking about 40–50 minutes.

The BIRG daily ticket is available, allowing unlimited travel by train and on the entire public transport network in Rome (metro, bus, and tram) for the whole day.

Does the Glamping offer itineraries or organized excursions?

Yes, the Glamping offers its guests various itineraries and tours to discover Lake Bracciano, the surrounding villages, and Rome.
